Rhyncattleanthe Nell Hammer ‘STK’ (2.5" pot near blooming size)

Here is a lovely “compact standard” cattleya with a very unusual color pattern! Fragrant light yellow flowers have a bold deeper yellow flare running down each sepal and petal along with a deep yellow lip blending into an orange throat. The four-inch flowers will eventually come in clusters of four or five on fully mature plants. The bloom season will favor the summer months, but could come as early as April and as late as September depending on your growing conditions. These are young plants in 2.5” pots but a number of them flowered for the first time this spring and sold instantly at the shows we participate in. Based on this, all the remaining plants should bloom within the year, but continue to improve in size and number of flowers as they mature. They will be ready for larger pots on their next growth.
